At this time we do not charge any application, processing or setup fees to affiliate with our company. Simply fill out our online application and you will become a 2020 Realty. agent, typically in less than 30 minutes.
A valid California Real Estate Salesperson's (agent's) or Broker's license, in good standing.
You will receive payment on the same day escrow is closed and the transaction's file is accepted. You may get paid right from escrow.
Yes, it's your deal. You are free to set your own sales commissions, which can be as low as $2,000.00 or as high as you deem reasonable.
Yes, you are. You may select the services that you feel best suit your clients' situation and needs. However, we recommend using our in-house escrow (coming soon) where Transaction Coordinator Services are included for only $299. The choice is yours.
Although we naturally attract a lot of top-producing agents, there are no minimum production requirements at this time. You will only pay $495 or 10% (whichever is less) per closed transaction.
There is a risk management fee of $135 per closed transaction. This fee includes the costs of E&O insurance, legal advice, settlements, judgments, legal fees, claims, litigation and other associated risk-management costs.
Simply add your brokerage fee of $495 and the risk-management fee of $135 together; the remaining commission is all yours.

Example: You sell someone else's listing for $295,000 at a 6% MLS commission and 50% office split. Your gross is $8,850 ($295,000 X 6% = $17,700 - 50% = $8,850). After taking out the brokerage and risk management fees, your net would be $8,220 ($8,850 - $630 = $8,220).

At this time it is legal to make a refund to the principal (buyer or seller) only. No additional disclosure to any party is required for paying a refund to the principal. Some restrictions may apply in short sale transaction.
You may start doing business as soon as you initiate the change of employment on the BRE website and we have certified you, often during the same business day.
2020 Realty. is a member of the CAR, NAR and many regional boards including ones local to Seeley. Our affiliates individually access their MLS. Please inquire with your local Board of Realtors about MLS access and/or membership costs, dues and requirements.

Yes, you may. Just as long as your marketing materials have 2020 Realty. trademark logo, you are free to use your own supplier. The vendors we have chosen have a template of our logo already set up, plus we have negotiated discounts on your behalf, so you will likely find your best prices through us. However, if you still prefer having them made elsewhere, simply provide them with the 2020 Realty. logo on disk.
We use the standard CAR-approved forms. You may obtain these at the office of your local Board of Realtors® or download them directly from www.car.org or from the 2020 Realty. document library. Note: CAR forms are provided at no additional cost as part of your CAR membership benefits.
No, we do not. Our affiliates operate from their own personal offices. At 2020 Realty, we believe that paying for a flashy office is not necessary to be successful in the real estate profession. This also allows our company to pay 100% commissions to our Seeley agents.
